Deutsche Land is an Isle of Man registered, AIM listed property company investing in commercial real estate in Germany. SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP was instrumental in the creation of Deutsche Land and advised the Company from inception in January 2006. On IPO, SP Angel as financial adviser and broker raised € 105 million from hedge funds, long only institutional investors and private client fund managers.
