Deal Summary

In December 2006 Deutsche Land acquired the Main Airport Centre ("MAC") building, a large office building near Frankfurt Airport, for € 216 million. Under the AIM rules, the acquisition of MAC was classified as a reverse takeover. The reverse takeover required a re-admission document and approval from shareholders at a general meeting.
