Deal Summary

Rücker is a company which invests in residential property in North Rhine Westphalia in Germany. In February 2008 SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP advised Deutsche Land Plc on its acquisition of a 43.3% stake in for around €2 million. Pursuant to an agreement entered into at the time of the initial acquisition, Deutsche Land subscribed for additional shares in Rücker for €1.0 million which brought its total holding to 58.2%.
