Deal Summary

Nordic Land Plc is a Jersey Company investing in commercial real estate assets in the Nordic region. Nordic Land is managed by Lathe Investments, a team with a successful track record of investing in retail assets in the UK and Europe. In April 2007 SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP acted as financial adviser and broker to Nordic Land for its pre-IPO private placement which raised £13.4 million from institutional and private investors. The proceeds of the placing were used to acquire two properties in Helsingborg and Borlänge in Sweden.
