Deal Summary

Imperial Mining Limited ("IML") is a cobalt, copper and silver mining exploration and development company which owns a series of licenses in Altai Province, Russia and across the border in Mongolia. IML raised US$ 40 million in January 2008 in order to fund exploration and development, from the EBRD and other investors. SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP acted as Financial Adviser and Broker to IML in the Placing.
